Quick Spring Cleaning of Your FSOLS Aluminum Awnings

Caring for outdoor accessories can be tiresome and time consuming; but not if you have a Four Seasons OLS patio cover! These awnings clean in a snap for season-long freshness.

It's simple! Grab a bucket and sponge, or bottle sprayer, filled with water and add 2 to 3 teaspoons of dishwashing liquid. Distribute liberally and then rinse with a garden hose. That's all you need to do to seasonally cleanse the patio cover. The powder coated finish will shine like new.

For mildew stain removal, here's the recipe solution to mix:

1/3 cup detergent (i.e. Tide®)

2/3 cup tri-sodium phosphate (i.e. Soilax®)

3 quarts of water

1 quart 5% sodium hypochlorite (i.e. Clorox®)

Mix ingredients together and apply with sponge or cloth to mildewed areas. Wear protective gloves and avoid contact with skin. Rinse liberally with clean water.
