Before you invest, here are three easy steps to assist in getting ready to enjoy your new outdoor environment. 

1) Get your requirements: from the wind rating and snow load to permitting, check with your local building department to find out what is required for your area. You can also contact our support team at support@fourseasonsols.com to get a start on finding out what your city requires. We sell engineering documents if a permit is required and can help you determine which model's specifications meet your needs. Our products' wind ratings start at 115 mph and our snow loads go up to 50 lbs. per square foot, so chances are we have the right product fit for you.

2) Get what you paid for: Orders arrive via LTL Freight Carriers and the tracking provided to you once the order ships is a handy way to find out when the order will arrive. Once it is delivered, have a buddy on hand to help you bring the boxes to a safe, dry location. Open all of the boxes to inspect for damaged or missing parts. 3) Get ready for installation: Once you order the best product to suit your needs, you now have to decide who will assemble it. Determine if you have everything needed to begin the install as well as a 'buddy' to assist you. Two handy people can assemble our awnings in a weekend. If you need to hire someone, then ensure you have everything on hand for the day they come to perform the installation so you will not have to pay additionally for them to return.
